Refunds
Bro. You bought a link.
We all get buyer's remorse sometimes, but you knew what you were getting. The price was on the page. So was the explanation. You typed a URL and clicked a button that said "Continue to payment". Come on.
So, no refunds for changing your mind.
Having said all that, there are three times you do get your money back, and you do not have to argue about any of them:
We remove your link. If it breaks the rules and gets taken down, you are refunded automatically and the previous owner goes back on the homepage.
Something went wrong at our end. Charged twice, charged and never put on the homepage, charged for a link somebody else had already taken. Tell us and we will fix it.
The law says so. If where you live gives you a refund right, the law wins and this page loses. Obviously.
Either way, say hello and we will sort it out. Being outbid is not a fault, by the way. That is the entire product.
